About Terra Pike
Terra created Tailored To You Home Management Services based on years of feedback from the Residents who lived in the Communities she has managed. Residents wanted someone they could trust to assist them with their errands, home repairs, visiting guests, parties, pets, organization, furniture deliveries, shopping or anything else that would allow them more time.
Terra’s background encompasses over 20 years of combined real estate and upscale community management. She believes in serving her clients with the highest level of integrity and offering unparalleled service. In the past 10 years she has managed some of the most elite residential high-rise and single family home communities in Phoenix and Scottsdale, so it was a natural segue for Terra to use her many years of experience in management and real estate to work more closely with residents who need assistance with their home, yard, maintenance repairs, remodeling and contractors. During her years managing these properties and communities she was responsible for all resident concerns, negotiating contracts with the service vendors, the maintenance of all mechanical components, creating policies and procedures, supervising a 5 Star service-oriented staff, facilitated HOA / board of director meetings, created annual budgets and planned for future expenditures for building maintenance.
